THE CLOUD FAMILY

The original version of The New Cloud was actually conceived in the 1980s while Laura was just a
child living in Denver, Colorado. But as so many things in life happen, the story was buried into a box
underneath various sentimental childhood crafts and possessions, then eventually forgotten about.
While Laura lived her life; growing up, getting married, becoming a mom, raising and homeschooling
her children in Keller, Texas, The Cloud Family patiently waited. Then one day, Laura stumbled across
the old box and uncovered the long-forgotten pages from her childhood. Through prayers and the
support of her family, she was able to turn the simple story into a book. We hope you enjoy!
